【填EMI教學意見抽獎】請本學期有修EMI課程的同學，填教學意見調查。It’s time to fill out the final course evaluation!!

一、管理學院獲得教育部112 年「大專校院學生雙語化學習計畫」重點培育學院，本學期已有多堂本院系所課程納入此計畫的範圍中。

為了更瞭解在EMI課程中，同學們對教學內容的意見及學習成效，邀請修課同學們來填寫教學問卷！

問卷填寫約5-10分鐘，敬請同學們踴躍填寫。

二、凡是於問卷調查期間，完整填畢問卷的同學，可參加抽獎活動，獎品如下：

(一) 超商500元禮卷抽獎(共抽取5名)。

(二) 8G-USB(共10名)

(三) 精美小禮物(共5名)



三、填答方式：

(一) 填答時間：即日起~113/6/30(日)24:00止，

四、注意事項

(一)本問卷採不記名填答，且僅作為EMI計畫成果用途使用，請同學們放心作答。

(二)問卷為線上表單，無填答時間，請同學們依照自身修課經驗，誠實作答即可。

(三)抽獎獎品以實物為主，主辦單位有權以其他等值商品替代原贈品，獲贈者不得要求更換替代商品或將獎品折換現金。

(四)填寫內容若有無理謾罵、粗鄙文字或人身攻擊等言論，將逕予刪除。

 1.In order to better understand students’ opinions on the teaching content and learning effectiveness in the EMI course, students taking the course are invited to fill in the teaching questionnaire! It takes about 5-10 minutes to fill in the questionnaire, so students are kindly requested to fill it out enthusiastically.

The final course evaluation aims to obtain students’ opinions toward the courses and teaching and improve communication between teachers and students. We appreciate you filling out the questionnaires.



2.All students who complete the questionnaire during the survey period can participate in the lucky draw.

4. Notice
a. The questionnaire is taken anonymously. Please feel free to answer.
b. Please complete each questionnaire within a period of time and submit it. After you submit the questionnaire, you cannot revise or delete the responses.
c. The organizer retains the right to replace the original prize with other products of equal value for the prize draw. The prize winners cannot request replacements or exchange the prize for cash. 
d. The contents will be deleted if the responses contain abusive, vulgar words or personal attacks.
